Just like our live games, Evolution Academy is the real deal. Central to this hands-on training facility are rooms equipped with complete Live Casino broadcast set-ups including game tables, cameras, lighting, microphones and playback monitors. These facilities allow our dealers and other staff to become familiar with appearing on camera – and with the systems used to monitor players’ betting decisions and chat sessions – before they take control of a real live game.

At Evolution we lead the Live Casino world not just with our games software and technology infrastructure but also with the quality of our people. And to help ensure that our people attain the highest standards we created the Evolution Academy.
Our Dealers, Shift Managers and behind-the-scenes staff all undergo intensive training in all our core games and operations in the Academy areas at our central studios in Latvia and Malta. Those who work on the tables, in our Mission Control Room in Game Integrity, Fraud, Security and Risk Management, as Chat Moderators and in Customer Service and Support, must all meet Academy standards before they can officially ‘go live’ in the roles serving and supporting real players. Performance continues to be monitored after ‘go live’ and staff regularly return to the Academy to focus on specific areas of performance and to learn about new games and enhancements.
